Mark making fun explored through basic drawing skills. Experiment with different media on paper and other surfaces.
Students will explore both non-objective and realistic artistic interpretation of subject matter while learning new application techniques.
This summer session is a great opportunity for young artists to find out what media sparks their creative spirit the most.

The Jessye Norman School of the Arts offers two free summer camps every year in June and July! This year will include project based work using arts as a vehicle to learn professional techniques with skilled artists and staff. Students will be provided materials for these projects.
All students must submit an application to be considered for the upcoming summer camp. If your child has not attended JNSA, or left the program before completing the semester/summer program in good standing, you will be contacted regarding an audition.
Age Range: 10-18
Dates: June 7th-25th & July 5th-23rd (Monday-Friday)
