The Sweet Suite Bakeshop Summer Camp Series (Ages 7-14)

The Sweet Suite Bakeshop will once again host our Mini Camp Series!

This is Session 4/Week 4! 
Dates: July 22nd – July 24th, 2019
Time: 9 AM – 1 PM, daily
Ages: 7-14

Session #4, our Southern Soul!

Day 1: Cake by the Pound! Our students will mix and bake their own mini pound cakes with glaze and fresh fruit!

Day 2: Southern Lemon Blossoms and Mini Old Fashioned Fried Doughnuts

Day 3: SEC Rivalries will help boost our team spirit for our last day of camp with team mini NAILED IT! Challenges!

Camp cost: $160 per student (T-shirt included)
($80 retainer secures spot, with balance due on the first day of camp)

Lunch will be provided on the last day of camp. Students will need to bring their own lunch for the other days. Students will need to arrive in close toe shoes, hair pulled back, and clothing suitable for baking.

The Sweet Suite Bakeshop Summer Camp Series (Ages 7-14)

The Sweet Suite Bakeshop will once again host our Mini Camp Series!

This is Session 3/Week 3! 
Dates: July 15th – July 17th, 2019
Time: 9 AM – 1 PM, daily
Ages: 7-14

Session #3 will be our International week!

Day 1: Students will create from scratch churros with strawberry preserve drizzle and fruit salad.

Day 2: French Macaron Day! Students will learn the art of making beautiful French Macarons with Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling.

Day 3: It’s time for International Mad Scientist Day! Using STEM in the process, we will pair students into teams, assign a country, and let them battle it out while completing fun tasks to make yummy treats!

Camp cost: $160 per student (T-shirt included)
($80 retainer secures spot, with balance due on the first day of camp)

Lunch will be provided on the last day of camp. Students will need to bring their own lunch for the other days. Students will need to arrive in close toe shoes, hair pulled back, and clothing suitable for baking.

Time: 9 AM – 1 PM, daily
Ages: 7-14

It’s Character Week! Our theme for the week will be “Magical Vacation.”

Day 1: Character Cookies- Students will learn to mix, roll, cut, and bake their own cookies to decorate.

Day 2: Our most anticipated day, students will create a 2-tier character cake!

Day 3: Mixing, measuring, decorating…each student will create their very own cupcakes to decorate and take home to share with family!

Camp cost: $160 per student (T-shirt included)

The Sweet Suite Bakeshop Summer Camp Series (Ages 7-14)

The Sweet Suite Bakeshop will once again host our Mini Camp Series!

This is Session 1/Week 1! 
Dates: June 10th – June 12th, 2019
Time: 9 AM – 1 PM, daily
Ages: 7-14

Day 1: In the “MIX” Students will learn the basics of measuring, mixing, and baking a cake from scratch using fresh ingredients, preparing for day #2

Day 2: Students will learn to decorate their cakes from day 1, to create a completed 2-tier mini cake.

Day 3: Students will learn to create French Macarons and Swiss Meringue Buttercream. We will work together as a team to prep and package macarons to present to family members at pickup time.

Camp cost: $160 per student (T-shirt included)

Fondant 101 (Adult Class)

Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 | 6 PM – 8 PM | The Sweet Suite Bakeshop (Grovetown)

Fondant provides a pristine cover for cake creations and a clean canvas to display cake decorating skills. In this class, our shop owner will take you step by step through the process of rolling out fondant and covering cakes.

You will also learn a few simple fondant decor techniques. Learn to color and flavor fondant as well. Each student will cover and decorate a 5inch cake with embellishments to take home at the end of class. **All materials are provided.

Ages: 14 and up
Cost: $60 per student

*Registration is required for this event. Seating for this class is limited. A seat is reserved once payment is secured. A 100% refund, less a $20 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise, unless the class is canceled by The Sweet Suite Bakeshop. In this event, 100% of the class cost and fees will be refunded. You are also welcome to transfer a class spot to a friend or family member.
