Andrew Scott DeJesse, the cultural heritage preservation officer for the U.S. Army, discuss a new collaboration between the army and the Smithsonian Institution that will aim to protect antiquities and important cultural sites in war zones. Col. DeJesse will describe the program, how it was re-formed, how officers are trained, and what threatens our global culture.
