Intro to Macarons: Conquering One Tough Cookie

In this 3 hour hands on class, you’ll learn the art and science behind macaron baking, including our best tips and tricks for successful macarons. We’ll cover how to bake the cookie shells as well as making Swiss Meringue Buttercream and other filling flavors. Each student will take home a gift box of macarons to enjoy at home, all recipes, and we will also discuss packaging option
Ages: 16 and up
Cost: $75 per student

A seat is reserved once payment is secured. A 100% refund, less a $20 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise, unless the class is canceled by The Sweet Suite Bakeshop. In this event, 100% of the class cost and fees will be refunded.
