“FROM SHORE TO SHORE”
Sean Gavin, master of the flute, tin whistle and uilleann pipes (pr. ‘ill-in’), brings his tour project, “FROM SHORE TO SHORE” to Augusta.
This musical journey will take him across the US, playing concerts, giving talks, and having conversations with musicians all over the country.
His aim is to highlight individuals involved in preserving Irish traditional music and bring their stories and tunes to a wider audience.
Joining him for his appearance in Augusta is renowned Irish fiddler and composer from Co. Clare, James Kelly!!
Sean Gavin is one of the most highly regarded Irish musicians of his generation.
