Our first week long camp has been specifically designed for students between 10 and 15 who want to learn to make money selling their baked goods. Having a business is about more than just baking cupcakes and asking friends to pay you for them. Entrepreneurs will learn to develop a business plan, conduct market research, identify their target market, learn a pricing strategy, explore customer service, food handling and licensing. They will learn to bake three kinds of gourmet cupcakes.

Students will have some delicious optional homework where they will bake a recipe of each variety they have learned to bake and conduct their own market research. We will culminate what students have learned with a bake sale open to friends and family right in our studio. Participation in the bake sale finale will be optional. Students will receive all supplies they need to start their own baking enterprise!
