WATERCOLOR PORTRAITS FROM PHOTOS 3 DAY WORKSHOP

March 11th & March 18th || 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. || Carol Kelly Dorn Evans Studio
This intensive class on watercolor portrait painting is one of the instructor’s most popular workshops. The first Saturday will be spent discussing the particular construction of the face, as the students follow the instructor’s step-by-step instructions. Each feature will be discussed & painted, along with some color theory & paintmixing, as they all work from the same watercolor portrait from start to finish. Students will also consider the best tactics on deciding upon & drawing out their photographic choices for the following Saturday & Sunday, when they will be painting their own personal images.
Ages 16 and up! Bring a sack lunch for both Saturday Sessions. 2 Saturdays 10:00am-3:30pm PLEASE note Sunday, March 19 will meet 1:30pm -3:30pm
