“Tuning In” Session

Tuning In is a mindfulness-based music therapy program developed and facilitated by Augusta Symphony’s Community Chords Music Therapy.

Its goal is to increase participants’ stress management skills through education, experiential self-care, and discussion/reflection.

Tuning In is currently FREE for participants and that is made possible by a grant from the American Orchestras’ Futures Fund, a program of the League of American Orchestras made possible by the generous support of the Ann and Gordon Getty Foundation.
