Saturday, July 22nd || 12 – 3|| The Morris Museum Auditorium
Join us for screening of Tobacco Road (1941) and discussion of the book it was based on. Erskine Caldwell’s controversial, celebrated 1932 novel was adapted into a successful Broadway play and then a film by John Ford.
The screening will be followed by a light refreshments and panel discussion of the book and film led by members of the Authors Club of Augusta.
