Want to dive into cake decorating?? Well this is the perfect class for you, and a great jump start to guide you on your way!
Our hands on approach to leveling, filling, stacking, crumb coating, smoothing and conquering sharp edges. We will also cover naked cakes and natural texture techniques with flower placement.
Students will walk away with 3 different buttercream recipes, including our shop favorite, Swiss Meringue! Each student will choose a technique to decorate a 6in. cake.
