Intro to Printmaking with Caleb

Saturday, April 20th || 4 – 6 p.m. || 4p Studios

The world of printmaking encompasses a wide variety of methods and techniques. This exciting introduction class will focus on the basics of the linocut method, tool usage and safety, proper inking, and application techniques.Your instructor will guide participants in how create and transfer your design, tool safety, proper carving methods using printmaking tools, how to ink your plate, and setting up your print to transfer to the chosen substrate. The time you will spend in class is for learning beginner/intermediate skills and for making your beautiful creations.
