God at Night

Sunday, November 6th || 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. || Saint Paul’s Church 

The service is sung almost entirely without accompaniment and is the ancient office of Vespers. Evensong has become very popular because of its meditative character and is sung once in the Fall and again in the Spring by the Saint Paul’s Choir, which has also sung the service on their many tours in the United Kingdom.

Child care is available beginning at 5 pm and a reception in the Saint Paul’s River Room follows the service, which lasts less than an hour and has no sermon or collection.
