Each year we gather our younger “Sweeties” for this fun camp. Students will prepare a series of desserts and treats throughout our 3 days together in preparation for bringing their sweets home packaged and ready for your family gathering on Thanksgiving Day! Our most popular camp by far!
We will also touch on the following topics:
Food Handling
Measuring for Baking
Bakery Presentation
Pastry Chef Jobs
