Finding Home

The Augusta Museum of History is excited to present TWO special film screenings of Finding Home – A Journey Through Augusta’s 20th Century Past by Mark Albertin – May 1st and May 22nd at 2:00PM.

The screenings will take place in the Museum Theater on the 2nd Floor. The program is free to members. Non-members free with Museum Admission.

Mark’s latest film, Finding Home, covers interviews conducted from 1999 to 2021. It parallels what was happening during his grandmother’s life from 1897 to 1960 and her hometown, Augusta, GA. It tells the story of 20th century Augusta in the words of those who lived here.
