Chalk Walk

Thursday, June 20th || 5 – 8 p.m. || Downtown North Augusta 

June’s spring-themed Third Thursday in Downtown North Augusta will include a Chalk Walk featuring local artists alongside downtown merchants. Artists will be paired with businesses and the size of your “concrete canvas” will vary from a standard-size sidewalk square to a larger, less restricted space. Artists can begin working on their chalk art at 3 pm and need to be finished by 7 pm.

North Augusta Forward will supply each artist with chalk, or artists can bring their own. The chalk will be available at the business you are paired with. The Arts and Culture Committee will jury chalk art starting at 7 pm and awards will be announced by 7:45 pm. If selected, you will have the opportunity to set up a table to display your art for purchase. You would be responsible for all supplies to set up i.e., table, chair, linen.
