Americans for the Arts actively listens to these conversations and takes notes.  They will formulate their policy and strategic plan for the next five years in part based on what they hear people express about their experiences and local challenges on the topics from these conversations. So, they want people from all walks of life, all artistic disciplines, and all corners of our country joining in. That includes you.
