alk?m? – Arts Exhibition

Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School is pleased to announce our Middle School Visual Arts Exhibition, “alk?m?”. Titled after the pronunciation of the word alchemy, the new body of work is inspired by the creation and transformation of other materials into gold. An analogy to the beauty and craftsmanship found in our student work.

“alk?m?” features student artists’ ability to create works of art and design. The artwork on display is born from an idea and developed through practice, experimentation, and revision. By applying skillful synthesis of experiences to lifelong lessons student artists successfully articulate information about one’s work.
