Saturday, December 21st || 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. & 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. || The Imperial Theatre

A.M.P & Film Production was created to bring about the tool of empowerment through writing, film, and theatre for individuals and for the community. We use writing, film, and theatre to provoke a deeper conversation about the diversity of our real-life experiences. “A Woman Scorned” is a riveting story following the dramatic career of an impressionable correctional officer. It is a gripping and potent short story, probing the limits of human forgiveness as a correctional officer that suffers unthinkable treachery at the hands of an inmate. A poignant tale of one woman’s vulnerability, a devastating betrayal, and an unquenchable thirst for vengeance.

It was created to raise awareness for HIV/Aids, suicide, gun violence, domestic violence, and domestic woman’s abuse. We believe in equality for all genders. These empowering tools have the power to challenge stereotypes and social assumptions about race, gender, and sexuality. We have a responsibility to produce writing and art that gives voice to the diverse society we live in.

Price: $25 – $65
