Becca Anchor, “Quilted Blooms” – Gallery

The “Quilted Blooms” collected explored a juxtaposition of summer blooming trees and shrubbery with patterns that feel southern and retro. When reflecting on her hometown, anchor felt that the ,ix patterns, colors and botanicals embraces some of the interesting and beautiful parts of “The Garden City”. Augusta would not be home for so many without its history of cotton and textile production, the flowers are a happy blessing on top.

Up in the Augusta & Co. Gallery at 1010 Broad St. in Downtown Augusta, GA from June 29th – September 28th with an opening reception on the First Friday, July 7th, from 4 – 6 p.m. where wine and other refreshments will be provided.
