Students will explore ceramic wheelwork techniques and handbuilding methods in this class. Instruction will be tailored to the individual skill level of each student. Using the wheel as a tool, forms will be thrown, altered and assembled to create various functional vessels of various shapes and forms. Glazing techniques will also be addressed. The supply fee is included in the tuition and covers 22 ½ pounds of clay, tools, glazes and firing for that amount of clay. Students must provide a clean towel each week. Ages 16 and Up!
